Everything you meant to keep track of, finally in one place.
Aluma is a quiet notebook for the woman who is already doing the work. Write the meal down in a line, save the workout you actually did, tick the habits you picked yourself — and let the app hold the record for the week.

How it works
Three steps, and not one of them is a plan being handed to you.
Say what you want to keep
Pick the handful of things you actually care about this month — the meals, three workouts a week, water, an earlier night. You type the numbers in yourself. Aluma never hands you a plan and never sets a target weight for you.
Write it down as it happens
A meal is one line of text. A workout is a name, the minutes and a note if you want one. A habit is a single tap. If a day goes sideways, nothing is lost and nothing scolds you — tomorrow opens clean.
Read your own week back
On Sunday the week is simply there: what you cooked, which sessions happened, the habits that held. Not a score and not a verdict — just your own record, in your own words.
Who it's for
Aluma is for adult women who already have a way of eating and moving that suits them, and who simply want the record kept somewhere calm. It is a general wellness and educational tool. It is not a diet, not a weight-loss programme, and not designed as a medical intervention or for anyone being treated for a diagnosed condition.
Aluma is for adults aged 18 and over. It is not intended for anyone who is pregnant or nursing, anyone managing a medical condition through diet, or anyone with a history of disordered eating. If a clinician or a dietitian is already guiding you, their advice comes first — this app does not replace it.
- Women who are tired of starting over every Monday and want one steady place to write things down
- Anyone who already has a way of eating and training and just wants the record kept
- People who would rather log a workout in ten seconds than fill in a spreadsheet
- Anyone who wants meals, sessions, water and reminders in one calm app instead of four
- Anyone who prefers a plain price, no supplements, and no promises software cannot keep
What comes with Aluma
All of it sits in the single plan. There is no higher tier and nothing to unlock later.
A meal notebook, not an audit
Write what you ate in a line, or reuse the meals you already saved. No calorie column, no red warnings, no daily grade at the bottom.
Workouts you actually do
Save your own sessions — walk, pilates, strength, dance class, the twenty minutes in the living room. Log the minutes and how it felt. Aluma records them; it does not prescribe them.
Habits you chose yourself
Build your own short list and tick it off. Add one, drop one, pause one for a week — the list is yours, and there is no streak to lose sleep over.
Water and rest check-ins
Two taps a day, both optional, both switchable off. The goal is a number you typed, not one the app decided was right for you.
Your week, plainly
Meals logged, sessions done, minutes moved, habits kept. It is a record of what you did inside the app — not a health assessment and not a measure of your body.
Reminders and a short reading shelf
Nudges at the times you pick, plus plain-language pieces on cooking at home, building a routine and coming back after a week off. General information, clearly labelled as such.
Trust & transparency
Apps in this category routinely promise more than software can deliver. Here is what ours does and does not do, in one place, before you pay anything.
What Aluma does
- Gives you one place to write meals, workouts, water and habits
- Lets you choose the habits, the sessions and every number in the app
- Sends optional reminders and holds the small list you asked it to hold
- Keeps a plain record of what you completed inside the app, exportable at any time
- Explains general ideas about cooking, routine and habit-building in ordinary language
What Aluma does not do
- Does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent obesity, PCOS, thyroid conditions, or any other medical condition
- Does not prescribe a diet, a calorie target, or a meal plan, and is not nutritional advice
- Does not promise weight loss, a dress size, or any particular number on a scale
- Does not sell supplements, pills, meal replacements, teas, or any product that claims to burn fat
- Does not claim clinical validation or medical endorsement, and uses no before-and-after photos
Important health disclaimer
This app is designed for general wellness and educational purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and it does not provide medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. It is not a diet plan, a weight-loss treatment, or a substitute for professional care. Healthy habits work differently for different people and individual results may vary. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing your diet or activity level — particularly if you are under 18, pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, or have a history of disordered eating.
The whole app opens the moment you sign up
No card, no waiting list, no health questionnaire. Create an account and you land straight in the dashboard: log a meal, mark your movement, tick off the habits you chose, add a reminder, and watch the week fill in. If it isn't for you, delete the account from Settings and nothing of yours remains.
Frequently asked questions
Direct answers about the product, the price, and its limits.
What is Aluma, in one paragraph?
Aluma is a subscription app for keeping everyday habits in one place: a meal notebook, a workout log, optional water and rest check-ins, habits you define yourself, reminders, a plain weekly record and a small shelf of general-information articles. That is the whole product — a tracking and organization tool intended for general wellness and education.
Is this a diet plan or medical software?
Neither. Aluma is not a medical device, a treatment, or a therapy, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. It does not prescribe a diet, set a calorie target, or give nutritional advice, and it does not replace a doctor or a registered dietitian. If you want a plan built around your health, that is a conversation for a qualified professional.
Will I lose weight with it?
We do not promise that, and we would be sceptical of any app that did. What Aluma offers is an unpressured place to keep track of habits you chose. What that adds up to depends on you, your health, your circumstances and how consistently you use it. Individual results may vary.
Does it set a goal weight or count calories for me?
No. You decide what to track and what the numbers are. There is an optional log if you like keeping one, but every figure in it is typed in by you, and the app never assigns you a target or tells you a number is wrong.
Does it give me a workout programme?
No. Aluma is a place to record the training you already do — the class, the walk, the session in your living room. It does not build a programme, does not tell you how heavy or how long, and is not a substitute for a qualified coach or physiotherapist.
What does it cost?
$11.49 per month, or $92 per year, which works out to about $7.67 a month. Every feature is included in both — there is no upgrade tier and nothing is sold inside the app. Prices are in U.S. dollars and any applicable tax is shown at checkout before you confirm.
How does the trial work, and how do I cancel?
New accounts get 7 days free, and we email a reminder before the trial ends. Cancel from Settings → Subscription or by emailing us. Cancelling in the trial means you are never charged; cancelling later stops the next renewal and you keep access until the period you paid for runs out. No fee, no retention script. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Can I get my money back?
Yes. Email us within 30 days of a charge and we refund it in full, without asking you to justify it. The details are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Can I look inside before paying?
Yes, and we would rather you did. Creating an account takes about thirty seconds, asks for no card and no health information, and opens the whole app straight away — the meal notebook, the workout log, the check-ins, the habits and the weekly view. Nothing is hidden while you look around.
What happens to my data?
We collect your account details, what you logged in the app, and basic technical information. We do not sell personal data and we do not hand it to advertisers. On this deployment everything you log stays in your own browser rather than on our servers, and you can export it as a file or wipe it entirely from Settings at any time. The full description is in the Privacy Policy.
Is Aluma suitable for everyone?
No, and we would rather say so plainly. Aluma is for adults aged 18 and over. It is not intended for anyone who is pregnant or nursing, anyone managing a medical condition through diet, or anyone with a history of disordered eating — in those situations a qualified healthcare professional should be guiding you, not an app.
Who makes Aluma?
Aluma is an independent software product. We are not a clinic, a laboratory, or a university, we are not affiliated with any healthcare organization, and nobody here reviews users clinically or writes diet plans. Ask us anything through the contact page and we will answer.
